Here's the blade of the GT2835. It's a pretty agressive T04E. This one has some chips in it from probably being run with no air filter. The blade has never contacted the housing as far as we can tell, and play is almost nonexistent.
Little one on the left, big one on the right.
Big on the left, little on the right.
You can see the outlets are the same. The O2 housing lined right up on install.
A shot of that AR.86 exhaust housing, substantially larger than any T25 I've played with.
Still working on that actuator bracket... We got a friend next door to do a little welding for strength. We decided this thing would never break, ever.
Final Fitting before last cross-piece and painting.
Forgot to snap a pic when it was off the car... but here it is on the car!
Thats PPR. Poor People Racing.
You can see how the whole bracket is welded for strength, then screwed to the actuator and epoxied just in case.
We drilled the exhaust temp sensor in while the mani was off the car. You should do this before putting the turbo on, but once again my memory didn't serve me well. We drilled it after putting the turbo on the mani and then blew it out really well with the air compressor.
Almost done!! On to page 3!
