Here's two different sets of instructions found on various message boards:

for 240's this is how the box is wired

Gray= 12v ignition(the one that shows positive when the key is turned to the 'on' position)

Red= goes to ground(metal of the car)

Black= to the cut wire going into the headlight timer

Yellow= cut wire going into the car.

additional notes:

the headlight timer is in the drivers side kick panel.

i would take the fuse off the red wire and fuse the grey wire instead(it would be safer)

apperently 240's use the opposite current to raise/lower the headlights than most other cars.
